Dont Walk. Hazard. Restroom. These are all messages that we encounter in the form of signs or icons. But what if the intent of each icon is taken out of context? Does it still maintain the same meaning, does it take on a new one, or does it become a mixture of both? In this exhibition, the artists have taken known symbols and fabricated new contexts for those very same symbols to live in. With this in mind, you can then judge for yourself what these symbols begin to mean for you!
